A 2-3 hour session includes practical hands on training at your home. Core topics are:

• Adult, Child & Baby CPR
• How to deal with an unresponsive casualty
• How to help someone who is choking
• Seizures
• Wounds, Bleeding & Burns 
• Additional topics can be covered within the session.
